MILOS SALVAGE & TOWAGE is a family business started by the islander shipowner Theodoros Vamvakaris from Milos in the mid ’40’s in Piraeus, offering their services with a wooden tugboat and continues today with the same consistency, professionalism and love for the subject. In the middle of the 70s the company’s works continued by Theodore’s sons, Demetrios Vamvakaris and his brothers, expanding the company with new tugboats and adding new
customers, emphasizing the alerts on hazardous cargoes.

Since 2009, his son Demetris, Theodoros D. Vamvakaris, has been in charge of the administration, surrounded by a group of successful professionals with experience in maritime assistance.
He has redefined its targets and services, leading the company to a steady ascendant course, creating new partnerships and prospects for the future.
